We assess our clients on an individual basis and match each person with a solution that best suites their particular situation. To aide us in assessing our clients, we have developed a Preliminary Assessment Questionnaire (PAQ).

The PAQ is filled in by our clients and it enables us to get a complete profile of the client which we compare to the current Immigration Laws to assess whether the client can meet their goals for coming to Canada. Our screening procedure is very detailed and we only accept cases that we feel have very high chances of success.

In case the Client does not meet the current entry requirements, we advise them of their shortcoming(s) and request that they try to improve themselves and apply at a later date once they have accomplished this. Our rigid screening procedure is the main reason for our high success rate and we reject many cases because we feel they may not be strong enough to get through.

We focus on quality rather than quantity and hence are able to devote proper time and effort to each application we prepare. Once the application is filed, its progress is monitored. When the Visa is issued, we advise our clients on the final steps and any preparations they may need to make for coming to Canada.

Our relationship with our Client does not end once the Client arrives in Canada. We have established good working relationships with Canadian Banks to whom we refer our clients, who in turn advise and help our clients with all their financial needs such as arranging mortgage for their house, establishing a bank account and establishing credit. We also know several Real Estate agents who can help our Clients find appropriate accommodations.
